We want to work together with the parents and carers to reinforce the message that healthy eating leads to a healthy life.
Delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage
We welcomed the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS), which came into effect in 2008 , updated 2012 and revised 2014.The curriculum brings together all the best bits from previous curriculums such as Foundation Stage and Birth to three matters. The EYFS is a more flexible document allowing children to advance at their own pace, whilst staff can observe them and facilitate where needed through careful planning. The document builds on child theories from iconic pioneers such as Piaget, Macmillian and Vygotsky.
Your child will begin a learning journal when they start with us and this will chart your childs progress through observations, photographic evidence and constant dialogue between staff and your child. Each child is assigned a keyperson who will work closely with your child.
Afterschool Club and Holiday Club
